Production is complete. Guess what we'll be organizing all weekend so we can begin fulfillment and get these into your hands and onto your game tables??

The Not-Monday Quick Update

Good folks!

We hope to be finished with production as soon as late next week. We'll probably send out pics of piled product for you to peruse; and update you if we were overly optimistic (see, that's to satisfy any lurking project imps - they're like little reputation-seeking missiles when they hear confidence). 

Fulfillment will begin immediately thereafter. We will definitely let you know when the mats are on their way. Tracking numbers where available (which will be the great majority of you) will be provided.

Important Update (and it's still Monday Somewhere!)

Thank you all so much for your eager responses. We know it took a while to get the pledge manager working right - so we do feel a little embarrassed to nudge the few remaining backers that haven't responded (and yes - there's still plenty of time, we're just trying to keep things rolling so we have as quick a fulfillment as possible for everyone). 

• 79% of you have completed the survey as of this update. Thank you, you're awesome. The only thing we ask of you is: if you know a backer friend who has not responded yet, consider asking them to do so? Gently? We understand this isn't The Most Important Thing.  
• The survey remains open until 11:59 2/7/20121
• On 2/1/2021 we will make the first of three attempts to reach any backer who has not responded (if any)
• If, after three attempts  backers have not responded and allow the pledge manager to close without making their selections - will we make "best guess" selections for them equal to the aggregate number of mats in their individual pledges. (I did mention before that we can't read minds, right?)
• If, within 6 months after the pledge manager closes, those backers contact us - we will gladly allow them to pay for their shipping and choose from the remaining playmats available. 
• After 6 months, any unfulfilled pledges will reluctantly be considered donations. We will use social media channels and any contact information we have to attempt to avoid this. 

OK, "why?" - right? 

Our goal is to get each one of you the mats you want, as quickly as we can get them to you. To do that, we need 100% response as quickly as we can get it. If we can't get 100%, we have to set a deadline - and go with what we have when it arrives. If you haven't have time to respond yet - we understand. There's time left. Just...please get those selections and payments in as soon as you can?

Thank you so much for your patience. 

After jumping through all the necessary (and some unnecessary) hoops, sacrificing the right kind and flavor of tofu to the neoprene gods - the survey is finally open!

You will see the mat art as you make selections (having all the art visible was one of the "problems" we were required to address, so...not as nice as the original design if you saw that - but it works. You can always open the project itself in another tab to view the art, too.

Pre-Monday Update! Survey and Pledge Manager Fulfillment Guide

Dear Backers,

Thank you for being a part of this Campaign. The following guide explains how to fulfill your pledge when you receive the survey (submitted to BACKERKIT, and expected to go live anytime between now and early next week). 

Once available, please complete the survey as soon as possible - we cannot begin fulfillment until EVERYONE has responded.

1. Confirm your pledge level and answer the two questions.

2. Choose your Playmats under the Add-Ons section. YOU MUST CHOOSE YOUR PLAYMAT(S) from the ADD-Ons section (we're not mind readers...officially). 

• You can choose ANY number of playmats
• You can select more mats than you originally pledged for at the cost of $23 USD per additional extra mat.
• You can select multiples of the same playmat.

NOTE: You will see a credit associated with your original pledge amount. Use this credit to choose the Playmats that you want to receive. (The credit amount is equal to the number of mats in your original pledge.)

3. Complete your selections - The price of shipping will be calculated automatically based on your selections and your location.

4. Provide your complete shipping address in the area provided.

5. Make your payment for the required shipping, and any additional playmats chosen, if applicable.

6.  When you have completed your Survey and the Pledge Manager, please give us a like on that Internet thing!

LOCAL PICKUP option:

If you are local to south-central or southeastern Pennsylvania, we can arrange pick-up or meet you halfway with your playmats if you are within about 25 miles of zip codes 19468 or 17368
